Team Leader - Real Estate - Cairo - ALWaseet

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field sales. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets their sales and collection targets.

In this role, you will:

Build a strong team by recruiting and training new sales employees, assigning specific tasks to other sales employees, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
Solve customer complaints and answer customers' questions.
Develop team skills and knowledge
Provide the sales team with constructive feedback and assist employees to solve customers' problems.
Motivate the sales team and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.
Maintain positive customer relations.
Provide management with sales reports
Create plan for the team for monthly consistent achievement
Manage strong relation with all company departments
Enhance the sales process
Set KPIs for the team and ensure it is achieved by the team
Support the team and enhance their selling skills
